After 20 years in corporate America building leadership, service and culture training programs, improving company cultures and employee engagement, CTR's President and Founder, Andre Harris, decided to start a new life chapter and launched CTR. Now, as a management consultant and Culture strategist, she and her team share their passion for helping individuals and companies find and live their Legacy (their why/mission/purpose) to make a positive impact in the world.
