ANDRE HANNEMANN HARRIS

Andre is a highly effective executive coach and passionately takes on c-suite and senior executives as clients on a limited basis to ensure full commitment, quality interactions with high impact and results.


Her professional experience and qualifications are highlighted below. 


Andre is a culture transformation leader and game changer with over 25 years of experience in creating customer centric cultures where customers are loyal and employees are engaged.  


Her roots are in travel - airlines and hospitality.  Andre grew up in the airlines with 15 years at Continental Airlines (now United) in the fun days of travel with the best culture under the direction of prior CEO, Gordon Bethune (1990 - 2005).  


During eight of her 15 years at Continental, Andre served as Worldwide Director of Training, Policies, Procedures and Quality Assurance.  She had global responsibility for strategy and execution of all training development and delivery for the airline's 6 domestic and 26 international contact centers, supporting 6,000+ customer service professionals and 300+ managers, supervisors and team leaders.


Andre also spent 7 years with Westfield shopping centers in Los Angeles, CA as corporate Vice President of Customer Experience and Training overseeing 68 malls at its peak.


In 2013, Andre lost her corporate job and decided to pursue her lifelong dream of the entrepreneur life.  She started Culture Transformation Resources (CTR) and has never looked back.  She reflects back on that time of great disappointment as the greatest blessing in disguise.  The corporate job and door slammed shut while another opportunity swung wide open to start fresh and create the job and life beyond her wildest dreams.


A passionate and dynamic speaker, Andre's first love is her calling as a facilitator, trainer and teacher.  She captivates audiences of 1 to 1,000 with her authenticity, high energy and natural ability to connect with any audience.  Andre brings her Aloha spirit to every engagement and partnership with a balance of incredible warmth and care with tenacity, grit and focus.  She combines her enthusiasm, passion, no-nonsense directness and humor with motivational stories to inspire.  Most important of all is her commitment to educate, inspire and empower others with tools, templates and actionable take-aways to apply immediately.

CTR Retainer Partnership

We find best results are achieved through mutual trust and relationship established immediately and with growth over time..  We recommend executive coaching partnerships with a 3-month minimum and optimally for 6-months.  The amount of coaching time and frequency is based on the executive's priorities and desired outcomes.  It's really up to you!


CTR recommends a retainer agreement, typically a flat fee with agreed upon coaching hours and frequency established per week and month.
